Joy Light, the artist and owner of JoyFlower, resides in Oregon. She says, "The Pacific Northwest provides a quality of living environment which keeps my creativity flowing." 


She has also lived in Pennsylvania and California, which I'm sure add to her inspiration.

Around her hard work, Joy enjoys yoga, gardening, and spending time with her three sons :D
